We bought a house.  We close and move in next week.  We are super excited.  We had been looking since January and it finally popped.

This is the view from the front deck.  What can I say?  It's everything we were dreaming about.  My DH said he knew he'd made it if we ever happened to buy a house with a view.  Well we did and I told him he made it.  Incredible.  The ride has been wild.  26 years and now this.  We are 2 blocks from the lake.  10 minutes from downtown.  It's perfect.  The house has 5 bd 5 bath, almost perfect - missing one en suite.  3 car garage.  It's relatively new 2021.  

He would be the first person to say I stole his heart when i pulled out an entertainment coupon book in 2000 and said want to go BOGO for dinner for our date?  He knew I was a keeper.  Apparently I haven't changed.  

But now I believe in die with zero.  There is no point to saving money you need to have a plan to spend it as well.
