Rigged political and economic society?

I found this a very interesting article. One of the biggest republican donors Charles Koch acknowledge that the US political and economic society is rigged. It's the one thing he agrees with Bernie Sanders and yet he's part of the 1%. Probably more like the 0.1% actually. Yet here is talking about the fact that there is a lot of cronyism, control, dependency, poverty and the government isn't entirely to blame.

No it isn't. But this anger people are feeling is coming out. I was surprised my mom who is very liberal, said she was going to vote for donald trump when I was visiting her. I blinked twice. She said she hated all the corruption but didn't think Bernie Sanders could win. So she decided she'd pick donald trump because he's going to be different. He's not taking money from special interest and isn't beholden to anyone (unlike hillary). She said she may not like all his positions but at least he's not a politician.

Trust me I nearly fell off my chair. He's not my cup of tea. I'm not sure I could vote for him or Hillary. I don't know what I would do at that point, except I always said not voting means you can't complain. UGGH.

What are you going to do? Unless you think Trump isn't going to win the nomination. That could happen, but I think if he doesn't then I'd feel like again the establishment elite are rigging it.

Donald will definitely shake things up - which I like.

I just do not trust Trump. While I lean to hin I do not believe Sanders can do any better getting anything passed in Congress than Obama has in the last 3 years.

That leaves Hillary. I do need to look into Kaisich more.

Yes, there are some things that are rigged. The democratic party only came up with one candidate to run. Really? The DNC has definitely had their hands in that. And super delegates. That's an issue to me that doesn't let voters really have their full votes counted.

I get really mixed about Trump. I think if he is the nominee AND acts like he does in the GOP debates he is going to lose any credibility with Democrats...who will then vote for Hillary. At this point, anyone is better than her.

I do wish more people would listen and take John Kasich more seriously. He has way more experience working and uniting in government and has common sense approaches on nearly everything! Unfortunately, because he has had so much government experience he probably seems to much part of the problem for those that reject everything that has happened in the past.

I will not vote for Hillary. I like Kasich, Rubio and Cruz, over "the Donald" I am afraid his big ego would get in the way of running the country. My husband is going to vote for Trump.

Kasich is scary if you look at the stuff he sneaks through that rob people of more and more control over their lives. He only looks less scary because the top three are such horrific car wrecks.

Hillary will maintain the status quo, which I don't like but is better than sliding even farther down. I wish Bernie had more of a chance but I fear his actual chances are gone; now he's just there to try and influence Hillary to shame her out of being beholden to her big-money donors.

There are different perspectives of scary apparently, which is fine. Government is always trying to take away control. Government is a giant bureaucracy. The more control that goes to the states the better. Both sides try to take away control. Status quo is unacceptable to me.

I despise the DNC. I don't like superdelegates and if you look at real delegate count Hillary only leads Bernie by like 100 pledged delegates. I agree it IS rigged. I couldn't believe they would just let her waltz in like that. I'm disgusted. I think if there were no super delegates I'm not sure Hillary could beat Bernie.

I don't know who i'd vote for right now. I don't like kasich for his policies but I think out of all republican candidates left he has the best tempermant. He seems mostly sane. The others are flying off the handle.

Maybe states can have more control but I don't think cutting taxes for the rich works. I don't think that allowing super pacs work (only bernie and trump don't use them). I don't think that banks deregulation works. Only bernie talks about these things I think are major problems. That and healthcare. I don't think that Obamacare which is a Republican alternative in the 1990s to Hillarycare (socialized medicine in the 1990s) is the answer.

We need to gut healthcare and either go totally free market or socialized. What we have is a terrible hybrid only making the CEOs richer

I could not vote for a racist who wants to build walls, says Mexicans are rapists, admires Putin, wants to torture people, hurls insults at anyone who gets in his way and yet can't handle a female journalist asking him tough questions.

He may be able to throw his weight around with voters, but I don't think this kind of arrogant, bullyish behavior will achieve much in foreign relations.

I don't really like any of the possible candidates, but Trump tops the list as the most horrible option in my opinion. Hillary would be second. Bernie and Kasich ... undecided.

Bernie apparently swept both Kansas and Nebraska caucuses this weekend. Our primary is May 10 I think (when I'll be away on my honeymoon.) Could be interesting.

I think superdelegates need to be gone. I think Hillary needs to take on Bernie head to head and see if she can actually beat him. I'm not sure she can. A lot of very liberal states are coming up and I think he'll do well.

I think Rubio needs to drop out to see if Cruz can overtake Trump. I'm not sure who I prefer. Neither, but it will be interesting to say the least.
